The German Red Cross Local Association Heuberg–Donautal serves communities in and around Stetten am kalten Markt, Schwenningen and Beuron. As part of the wider German Red Cross, it supports people in emergencies and works to assist those in need through community service and humanitarian action. Its activities include medical support at public events, helping manage minor and serious incidents at concerts, street festivals and other gatherings.

Trained first responders provide immediate assistance and help bridge the time until ambulance services arrive. The association also promotes blood donation, supporting the wider effort to maintain Germany’s blood supply, and offers first-aid courses that teach participants how to respond in emergencies and help save lives. Its volunteer work includes youth activities through the German Red Cross Youth, as well as other community-focused engagement.

People can contribute by volunteering, becoming members or supporting the association financially through donations and sustaining membership. The local association brings together practical emergency assistance, training and opportunities for people to support humanitarian work in their community
