The German Red Cross District Association of Herzogtum Lauenburg (DRK-Kreisverband Herzogtum Lauenburg e.V.) is a regional humanitarian organisation serving residents of the Herzogtum Lauenburg district. Since 1926, it has worked with active volunteers and staff to support community wellbeing and protect people. As part of the German Red Cross, the association contributes to efforts to save lives, assist people in emergencies, support those in need, foster community, and uphold international humanitarian law.

Its local services include a home emergency call system, providing information and support for safety at home, and first-aid offerings across the district. The association also provides information about residential care and nursing services, as well as its kindergartens and childcare provision. Community members can take part through volunteering, active membership, and volunteer service programmes; the organisation also advertises job opportunities. People wishing to help can support aid projects with donations or contribute clothing. Through these services and opportunities to get involved, the association connects humanitarian support with practical assistance for individuals and families throughout the district.
