The German Red Cross District Association Frankfurt am Main (DRK Bezirksverband Frankfurt am Main e.V.) is a local member of Germany’s national Red Cross organization and a leading association in independent welfare services. Guided by the Red Cross principles, it supports people according to their needs, regardless of nationality, religion, social status or political affiliation, and contributes to community life across Frankfurt.
Its services span emergency response, care, education and social support. The association provides ambulance and event medical services, first-aid courses for individuals and businesses, and training for emergency and volunteer personnel. Its care and assistance offerings include home nursing, emergency call systems, everyday support, health programs, meal services and advice for caregivers and people affected by dementia.
