Drogambulancia

Drogambulancia Alapítvány is a foundation based in Miskolc, serving people affected by addiction and their families across the city and Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County. Its outpatient clinic provides support for a wide range of dependencies, including alcohol, drugs, prescription medicines, gambling and other compulsive behaviours. Services include outpatient addiction care, diversion treatment connected with official proceedings, low-threshold support, community-based care and group sessions. The clinic accepts clients without a referral, with examinations arranged by appointment, and its multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, addiction counsellors, social workers and mental health professionals.

The foundation also runs prevention talks and activities for young people, including primary and secondary school students and university students. Sessions address addiction and the effects of drugs, alcohol, medicines and excessive energy drink consumption in an accessible, open manner. The programme aims to help young people recognise risks and know where to seek support for themselves or others. Students can also complete 50 hours of volunteer service at the clinic, learning about prevention and available help.
