Droll Yankees feeders

Droll Yankees is an American bird-feeder brand founded in 1969 by field biologist and backyard birder Peter Kilham. It began with a hand-produced tube feeder and has grown to offer more than 50 models for backyard bird feeding. Now part of Woodstream Corporation’s More Birds family of brands, Droll Yankees focuses on durable, practical designs made for outdoor use.

Its collection includes tube feeders, hummingbird kits, finch feeders, window feeders, and squirrel-resistant models. The Yankee Flipper features a rechargeable, motorized perch, while other designs use weight-activated perches to limit squirrel access. Feeders are made with UV-stabilized polycarbonate and rust-resistant materials, with features such as wide openings and removable bases for easier filling and cleaning.

Droll Yankees also sells genuine replacement parts and accessories, including tubes, perches, caps, bases, batteries, and chargers, helping customers maintain existing feeders. The brand offers a lifetime warranty on defective parts and states that it will repair, replace, or provide parts for feeders seriously damaged by squirrels.
