Drone Syndicate Labs

Drone Syndicate Labs is a London-based research and development consultancy focused on unmanned aerial and ground systems, including UAV, FPV and UGV technologies. Established in 2024, the company works with international clients to help move products from concept and development toward market readiness and practical deployment. Its services cover the development lifecycle, beginning with technical product audits that assess technology readiness and market relevance and provide a strategic roadmap. The company also profiles and assembles technical teams in Ukraine, and arranges field testing at specialist ranges and with operational brigades to validate performance in real-world conditions.

For AI applications, Drone Syndicate Labs builds data acquisition pipelines, collects and curates mission-grade datasets, and trains and validates models for autonomous navigation and real-time object detection. Its sales network service connects clients with potential buyers and distribution channels through product-dependent commission arrangements. The consultancy describes its coverage as including the UK, United States, Ukraine and South Korea, and offers its services to international clients.
