Drop Files is a file-sharing service designed to make sending large files simple, private, and reliable. Users can upload files by dragging them into the browser or selecting them from a device, then share a private link without requiring recipients to create an account or install an app. Files are encrypted in the browser before upload, and resumable transfers can continue after a dropped connection or interrupted Wi-Fi. Senders can add password protection, limit downloads, and choose when links expire. Recipients can preview PDFs, images, videos, and code in their browser.

The service offers a free plan with uploads up to 2 GB per file and links that expire after seven days. Pro adds uploads up to 10 GB, optional never-expiring links, delivery receipts, and custom link names. Business supports files up to 100 GB, along with team spaces, roles, audit logs, and single sign-on. Drop Files also provides shared folders, guest access controls, and email support, with priority support available to Business customers.
