Dropseed Lifestyle Medicine is a health practice focused on helping people address the underlying causes of chronic disease through personalized, evidence-based lifestyle changes. Led by Davena Norris, a Pharmacist Clinician and board-certified lifestyle medicine professional, the practice combines medication expertise with coaching and individualized support. Clients can work with Dropseed through the Roots Program, one-on-one care, and events. Guidance is organized around moving, nourishing, and connecting, with resources covering food and nutrition, physical activity, social connection and community, nature and planetary health, and documentaries and films.

Dropseed supports people managing diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic conditions, helping them make realistic changes suited to everyday life.
