Drosos Foundation is dedicated to empowering young people to realize their full potential and make positive changes in their communities. By partnering with locally led organizations, Drosos promotes equitable opportunities for youth across eight countries: Egypt, Germany, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Switzerland, and Tunisia. The foundation strategically focuses on three interconnected themes: skills development, entrepreneurship, and social and economic inclusion.

Through funding and co-creating impactful projects, Drosos emphasizes future-oriented competencies such as digital literacy and critical thinking, alongside vocational training. The foundation also aims to expand entrepreneurial opportunities for young people, particularly those addressing social and cultural challenges. Additionally, Drosos is committed to helping marginalized youth overcome barriers to ensure they thrive within their societies.
