Dr. Phillip Morris is a distinguished figure in the Highlands, Texas community, known for his extensive contributions to pastoral care and spiritual leadership. Born and raised in Indiana, Pastor Phillip served two tours in Vietnam with the Seabees before dedicating his life to ministry. Married to Maribel, the Spanish translator for Restoration Church, he has built a foundation of faith and service.
Pastor Morris holds a degree in Psychology/Counseling from Christian College of America, a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Theology from Christian Bible College and Seminary. Since 1982, he has been active in deliverance and pastoral ministry, serving as an Apostle to churches both locally and internationally.
