Dr. Sonrisas is a foundation that represents an awakening of consciousness and open eyes, a desire for a better world, and the ability to live dreams while awake. We are an institution that allows you to support thousands of children who have a health condition that puts their lives at risk, through resources, volunteering, or monetary donations.

Our programs fulfill the biggest dreams of children with advanced illnesses, provide food to families of patients near hospitals, and organize manual and playful activities with the help of our volunteers. We also aim to make patients forget about their medical treatments and enjoy a different day through our Tren de los Sueños initiative. Additionally, we provide support to patients and institutions with supplies, medications, studies, prostheses, and equipment.

We hold a massive event twice a year called Día de la Sonrisa, where we invite children, volunteers, and institutions to come together. Join us in making dreams come true and injecting smiles into the lives of these children in need
