Drumbanagher Estate Shoot is a game-shooting destination in Poyntzpass, County Armagh, Northern Ireland, known for classic driven pheasant and duck shooting. Set within a historic, walled demesne of approximately 650 acres, the estate features steep wooded valleys and tree-lined pastures that provide a scenic setting for challenging high-bird sport. Its pheasant and duck days attract experienced shooters from across Ireland and further afield, with drives designed to test even seasoned shots.
The estate offers driven pheasant shooting, driven mallard shooting and semi-driven shooting, as well as a shooting gallery. Drumbanagherโs grounds were once home to Drumbanagher Castle, built in 1837; although the house has been demolished, its large portico remains. The location is around 35 miles south-west of Belfast and 65 miles north of Dublin, with road links and access to nearby airport and ferry terminals. Local four-star accommodation can be arranged for visiting guns. The estate invites prospective guests to get in touch for information, bookings and individual requirements.
