Drummond Advisors is a leading global company based in Boston, MA, offering a wide range of solutions for individuals and businesses. With a focus on immigration and visa services, they provide expert guidance and support throughout the visa application process. Their team of professionals specializes in navigating the complexities of the EB-2 visa category, particularly the National Interest Waiver (NIW) option.

They offer a detailed explanation on their website about the Visa Bulletin, which determines visa availability and the priority dates for applicants. Due to the current phenomenon of retrogression in the EB-2 category, Drummond Advisors advises individuals with approved EB-2 petitions to prioritize filing for the NIW option to establish their priority date. This allows them to move forward to the Consular Processing/Adjustment of Status phase, ultimately leading to the issuance of the coveted Green Card.

For those interested in working in the United States and seeking immigration opportunities, Drummond Advisors is the go-to resource. Contact them today to discuss your specific case and start your journey towards a successful visa application
