About Dr. Warm
Dr. Warm is the heated clothing brand of Dongguan S-KING Limited, a manufacturer based in Dongguan, China. Since 2013 we have designed and manufactured battery-heated gloves, socks, insoles, jackets and vests for outdoor brands, retailers and distributors across North America and Europe.
Our 6,000 m² factory integrates in-house R&D (8 engineers), three production lines and a 2,074 m² electronics assembly workshop, supported by a 56-person team. Heating elements, controllers and battery packs are developed and produced in-house, with battery packs tested to UN 38.3 and certified to GB 47372-2026 and CCC.
Quality is verified at every step: thermal imaging, battery stress, waterproof (IPX4 standard, IPX5 optional) and 3,000-5,000 cycle bending durability tests before shipment. The factory holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485 certification, and our products carry CE, FCC, RoHS, UKCA, UL, DOE and TUV compliance for global markets.
