David Stanley Singleton is an author whose work connects literature with the people and events that shape it. His books span biblical interpretation and young adult fiction, with an emphasis on making complex ideas and everyday choices accessible to readers. Discerning the 7 Sealed Scenes explores the imagery of Revelation’s seven seals, drawing on the ancient world and the Roman attitude toward Christians to help readers understand the book’s visions in historical context.

U. S Mail is a story of first love, following Blake and Jennifer as they navigate relationships across different towns, friendships, and family backgrounds. As Iron Sharpens Iron follows childhood friends Jack and Damon as their contrasting personalities and choices lead them along different paths into adulthood.

Singleton’s website also features blog posts about Revelation, his books, and the writing process, along with information about events. He welcomes inquiries about author appearances and talks, and offers educators the opportunity to pilot one of his young adult novels in class, with student books and a customized lesson plan
