DSMpartnership is the economic and community development organization serving Central Iowa. With a mission to drive economic growth and promote Greater Des Moines (DSM) as the best place to build a business, a career, and a future, DSMpartnership collaborates with regional partners, including 24 Affiliate Chambers of Commerce, over 6,500 Regional Business Members, and 400 Investors. Through innovation, strategic planning, and global collaboration, DSMpartnership aims to grow the region's prosperity and global connectivity.

They actively recruit and assist new and expanding businesses, support small businesses and high-growth potential startups, develop a talented and educated workforce, pursue policies that benefit the region's economic vitality, and promote the region to national and international audiences. DSM USA is the regional identifier for Greater Des Moines and represents the welcoming, diverse, and vibrant community that offers affordable and accessible amenities for residents and businesses.
