DS Muay Thai Squad

DS Muay Thai Squad is a martial arts gym in Saugus, Massachusetts, led by Head Coach David Silva, a former professional Muay Thai athlete and former firefighter in Brazil. The school presents Muay Thai as a way to build physical fitness alongside confidence, discipline, respect, resilience, and leadership. Its welcoming programs are open to beginners and people of all fitness levels, with classes for children from age five, teenagers, adults, and a Pro Team.

Training can support goals such as fitness, weight loss, self-defense, competition, stress relief, and personal development. New students can try three classes for $29.99, with gloves and shin guards provided during the trial. Membership options include a Silver plan for children and adults, with training three times per week, and an unlimited Gold plan for adults. Private lessons with Coach Silva can be arranged by contacting the gym. DS Muay Thai Squad emphasizes a supportive, family-oriented community where students are encouraged and guided as they develop their skills and pursue their goals.
