DSSC

Disability Services Support Coordination (DSSC) helps people with disabilities access services and supports that align with their goals and promote greater independence. Based in Burpengary, Queensland, the organisation draws on more than 25 years of experience in the disability services sector, including work across government and non-government organisations.

DSSC offers NDIS Support Coordination, helping clients understand and use their plans, identify barriers, connect with community, informal and funded supports, and develop strategies to pursue personal goals. The organisation also provides Psychosocial Recovery Coaching for people with psychosocial disabilities. Through recovery-enabling relationships and skilled coaching, clients can build capacity, strengths and resilience, while working toward increased independence and social and economic participation. DSSC can support people with self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funding and works with clients and, where appropriate, their families.
