Centrum sociálnych služieb Jahodná is a residential social care provider in Jahodná, Slovakia, established by the Trnava Self-Governing Region. The organisation traces its beginnings to a home for 43 children and adults opened in 2003; its current form followed the merger of two facilities in 2006. It provides year-round residential care for women and men, with accommodation for an indefinite period and a total capacity of 74 residents.

Its services are intended for adults who need assistance because of disability or health conditions. The social services home has 64 places for people with various disabilities and combinations of disabilities who have not yet reached retirement age. A specialised facility has 10 places for people with conditions including Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, schizophrenia, dementia, deafblindness and other specified complex needs.

The centre’s approach emphasises individualised support, respect for each resident’s identity, personal responsibility and independence. Located near the Malý Dunaj recreational area, its grounds include a large park with gazebos and benches, supporting outdoor activities and relaxation.
