DTC Trnová

Dětské terapeutické centrum Trnová (DTC) is a contribution-funded organization of the Plzeň Region, based in Trnová, Czech Republic. It supports children and families facing challenging circumstances through specialist care, therapy and a safe environment. Its children’s therapeutic centre provides day-stationary rehabilitation and health services for children with disabilities, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and psychology. The centre also offers individual support, family counselling, help with education and development, and opportunities for leisure activities.

DTC Trnová also operates Delfínek, a facility providing immediate assistance to children in crisis, without adequate care, or at risk to their lives or healthy development. Delfínek offers protection and a safe place to stay when urgent support is needed. The organization’s broader services include rehabilitation, practical support for parents, home-style meals and access to a natural setting.

For urgent assistance, the centre provides a phone line available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
