D-Tech Aircraft is a San Antonio, Texas, aircraft interiors and maintenance business specializing in hand-finished upholstery, cabin refurbishment, inspections and aircraft care. Led by founder Daniel Mendoza, an FAA A&P mechanic with Inspection Authorization and a general aviation pilot, the company serves aircraft owners across Texas and customers in Canada, Mexico and beyond. Interior work ranges from repairing a single seat to complete cabin and cockpit refits.

Services include custom leather, fabric and vinyl seating; seat design and embroidery; panels, plastics, carpeting, flooring, acoustic insulation and real wood veneer; and interior inspections, detailing and cleaning. Materials are documented and meet FAA FAR 25. 853 burn-certification requirements.

D-Tech also provides annual, 50-hour and 100-hour inspections, pre-buy inspection assistance, AD compliance for work excluding major or structural repairs, component replacement, tires, brakes, lights, batteries and other maintenance. Avionics work is arranged through a partner shop. Interior and maintenance work can be coordinated in one visit, with many services available at the customer’s hangar across Texas.
