DUACT

Dalat University Alumni Charitable Trust (DUACT) is a non-profit organization established in May 2001, dedicated to uplifting disadvantaged communities, particularly in Vietnam. Founded by former professors and students of Dalat University, DUACT aims to carry forward the educational philosophy of Father Simon Nguyen Van Lap, emphasizing the importance of education in improving lives. The trust raises funds from diverse communities in the U.S. and globally to provide essential support to those in need, including orphans, the homeless, and individuals with physical or mental challenges.

DUACT offers scholarships and financial assistance through various funds, such as the DUACT Scholarship Fund and Micro Credit Program, focusing on enhancing educational opportunities for underprivileged students. With a purely volunteer board of directors, DUACT ensures transparency and accountability in financial reporting, using every contribution effectively to fulfill its mission of charity and empowerment. Headquartered in Campbell, California, DUACT is committed to making a lasting impact on future generations through education and support.
