Throughout the challenge, Dubai transforms into an extensive fitness hub, featuring community fitness centers that provide diverse activities such as yoga, running, and cycling. Beyond the month-long event, the DFC continues to motivate individuals through the Find Your 30 online platform, encouraging year-round engagement with health and wellness activities.
