Dublin Cat Fair is the first-ever cat fair of its kind in Ireland, offering cat lovers an ultimate and unique event experience. Founded by Alice Chau-Ginguene, owner of Maow Care, a cat care service providing cat sitting, behavioural therapy, and workshops, Dublin Cat Fair aims to bring together cat enthusiasts from all over Ireland. Initially inspired by attending cat events in other countries, Alice decided to launch Ireland's very own cat fair.

In response to the current pandemic, Dublin Cat Fair has evolved into an online event called Online Dublin Cat Fair. Taking place on April 19, 2020, this virtual gathering will allow participants to enjoy informative lectures from the comfort of their own homes. With the opportunity to hear from speakers both within and outside of Ireland, attendees can expand their knowledge and engage in discussions on various cat-related topics. Additionally, favourite cat theme companies will sponsor special offers, enhancing the online fair experience. Although it is the first time organizing an online event, Dublin Cat Fair is dedicated to creating a virtual experience that closely resembles the real fair.
