Dublin City Community Co-Op is an alliance of 13 grassroots, Dublin inner city, community development organizations. Established in November 2014, their primary goal is to ensure the ongoing development and delivery of social, economic, and cultural services within their communities. Operating on community development principles and a social inclusion ethos, the Co-Op works towards addressing health inequalities and poverty through various programs.

One such program is the Healthy Communities Project, which tackles health issues in the north east inner city by empowering the community to actively participate in addressing these concerns. Another significant program is SICAP (Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme), which targets poverty, social exclusion, and long-term unemployment through engagement and partnership between disadvantaged individuals, community organizations, and public sector agencies. The Co-Op also offers the Roma Employment and Training Programme (REAT) to reduce poverty and promote inclusion for the Roma community in Dublin's Inner City.
