Ducasse Baccarat brings together the craftsmanship of Baccarat and the culinary creativity of Alain Ducasse in the historic Maison Baccarat in Paris’s 16th arrondissement. Conceived as a destination for dining, drinks, art and social occasions, the venue combines hospitality with the house’s distinctive artistic setting. Its first-floor restaurant, Alain Ducasse Baccarat, offers a gastronomic experience created by Alain Ducasse and Christophe Saintagne and was named the world’s most beautiful restaurant by the Prix Versailles 2025 for architecture and design.
Midi-Minuit is a bar serving wines and cocktails throughout the day, while Le Jardin offers seasonal dining and drinks in a landscaped outdoor setting designed by Jérémie Attali. Guests can also arrange private events in the Maison, including its ballroom and the year-round Orangerie, subject to request. The wider offering includes a wine-tasting salon, an artists’ residency and a Baccarat boutique.
