Dudes Baseball is a year-round youth and select baseball program based in Redmond, Washington, serving families across Seattle’s Eastside and the greater Northwest. Established in 2018, the organization develops athletes through competitive play, skill-building, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Its programs include select teams for players ages 12U to 18U, a Dudes Academy for younger and developing athletes, and a summer collegiate division affiliated with the Pacific International League.

Teams compete in local league games and regional tournaments, with older players receiving support as they pursue college baseball opportunities. Development is central to the program: teams take part in more than 100 days of practices and games each year, and the coaching staff averages two and a half coaches per team. Coaches have collegiate or professional playing experience, and the program draws on a college-modeled approach to player development.

Dudes Baseball also offers private lessons, player showcases, virtual combines, recruitment information, and baseball apparel through its online shop. The organization reports 17 tournament championships since 2018, including three state titles
