Dugout Captain

Dugout Captain is a brand that offers a range of resources and tools to help parents and coaches enhance their baseball coaching skills and provide the best experience for kids. They provide baseball drills, practice plans, lessons, and a unique workout planner to assist with skill development. Their Drill Library offers complete access to a proprietary instructional library, featuring videos, text, diagrams, and helpful tips.

These drills are designed based on real-life experience, offering tricks and techniques to save time and frustration. For ready-made team practice plans, coaches can choose from over 200 professionally programmed plans that incorporate the drills from the Drill Library. Each plan includes specific notes for the age level and can be customized to fit the team's needs using the DC Clipboard.

In addition to drills and practice plans, Dugout Captain offers Coach-the-Coach lessons for training pitching, hitting, infield, and the catcher position. They also provide a standardized curriculum, the DC Athlete Development Plan, which guides coaches, teams, and leagues with age-level objectives. Dugout Captain's proprietary Virtual Clipboard technology allows users to apply instructional content directly to the field.

Coaches can build or borrow practice plans, share interactive plans with assistant coaches and team families, and even provide individual training lessons. Experience the difference that Dugout Captain offers in improving coaching techniques and maximizing player development
