DiveTeam Dol-fijn is a dive school and team based in Assendelft, the Netherlands, offering diving experiences and training for people who want to make more of their free time. Its instructors are experienced, all-round dive instructors who have shared their passion for diving in the Netherlands and abroad. Courses are tailored to each student’s needs, with an emphasis on developing safe divers who maintain good buoyancy, respect their surroundings, and help protect underwater life.
The school offers introductory dives for people curious about diving, in a swimming pool or open water, as well as Open Water Diver training. Students can choose to study theory through e-learning, a book and online videos, or classroom lessons. For certified divers returning after a break, Dol-fijn also provides a refresher course to help rebuild diving skills.
The team promotes awareness of the underwater world and care for nature. Some instructors hold archaeological certificates and take part in research involving shipwrecks. Dive instruction is available in various countries.
