Duikteam Zeeland

Duikteam Zeeland (DTZ) is a diving club based in Zeeland, a popular diving region in the Netherlands. The team welcomes people who are curious about scuba diving as well as certified divers looking to become more involved in the sport. Members train weekly at the Vrijburgbad swimming pool in Vlissingen during the winter season, from October through March, and regularly dive at locations around the region during the warmer months.

DTZ offers free introductory scuba dives at the Feel-Fit Center in Middelburg-Vlissingen on selected Wednesday evenings. These sessions are open to participants aged 12 and older and include an explanation, diving equipment, and one-to-one guidance in the water. They provide newcomers with the opportunity to experience breathing, moving, and floating underwater. The club also shares information through its website, including details about joining, training, contact, downloads, links, photographs, and its history. Visitors interested in attending a training session or regional dive are encouraged to email the club in advance to confirm the location and time.
