Duikwereld.nl, operated by Herman Lieven, is a Dutch dive retailer and SSI dive school based in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Customers can shop online or visit its 1,000-square-metre physical store, where they can try equipment and get advice from specialists. The store offers free parking, and in-stock online orders are generally delivered within one or two working days.

Its extensive range covers scuba and snorkelling equipment, including regulators, dive computers, buoyancy compensators, cylinders, masks, fins, lights, cameras, wetsuits, drysuits and accessories. Duikwereld also sells freediving, swimming and casual divewear products, along with complete equipment sets and items for technical diving.

As an SSI dive school, the business provides beginner courses, introductory dives, advanced training, specialties, freediving and professional instructor programmes. It also offers workshops, including sessions on drysuits, regulators, wing fitting and underwater photography. In its own workshop, three technicians maintain equipment from the brands it carries, following manufacturers’ instructions and using original parts. Duikwereld serves divers at different experience levels with equipment, training and maintenance in one place.
