Dulaandula

Andula is the personal practice of Anna Kekeláková, a certified birth doula and instructor of Extraocular Vision (EOV) courses based in Opava and Ostrava. Guided by a desire to do meaningful work and support others, Anna offers care and learning experiences for individuals and families at different stages of life.

As a doula, she accompanies clients through pregnancy and childbirth and provides support during the postpartum period. She is certified by the Czech Association of Doulas. Her EOV courses invite participants to explore awareness, develop their mental capacities, work with emotions, and cultivate intuition and perception. The courses also focus on extraocular vision. Parents are an integral part of the process for children and teenagers, making the sessions a family-oriented experience. Anna offers courses for adults as well as children, including follow-up group sessions for previous participants.

Her services also include Access Bars sessions, described on the site as an opportunity for relaxation.
