Dula Silvie

Dula Silvie is the doula practice of Silvie Rosenová, a certified member of the Czech Association of Doulas. Based in Prague, she supports expectant parents through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period, accompanying clients in Prague and the Central Bohemian Region. She also works as an in-house doula at Bulovka Hospital and attends births at other hospitals in the area.

Silvie offers personal guidance before birth, continuous emotional and practical support during labour, and help during the first weeks after a baby arrives. Her approach centres on helping women feel safe, informed and confident in their own ability to give birth, while supporting partners so they can be present and involved. Her services are shaped by her own experience of childbirth and by more than a decade of accompanying families; she has worked as a doula since 2012. In addition to client care, she consults with newly trained doulas. Through her practice, Silvie aims to help families experience birth in a way that feels positive and aligned with their wishes.
