Dunedin Curling Club is a long-established New Zealand sports club dedicated to curling and welcoming people interested in discovering the game. Established in 1873, it describes itself as one of the country’s oldest curling clubs and the oldest still-operating club in New Zealand. The club shares information about how to play, its history, events, membership and frequently asked questions, helping newcomers learn about curling and find ways to get involved.
It also features a gallery and introduces its committee, including President Glen “Bushy” Coster, Vice President Brendan Hewson and Secretary-Treasurer John Cuttance. The club recognises long-serving life members who have contributed to its history. Curling takes place at Dunedin Ice Stadium, 101 Victoria Road, Saint Kilda, Dunedin.
Visitors can contact the club secretary by phone or email for information about joining or having a go. The website also connects people with the Dunedin Ice Stadium, Otago Secondary School Sport and the club’s Hack Curling and Crampit Curling Facebook pages, alongside its sponsors
