URBN HOOP® is a basketball equipment brand focused on durable, design-led systems for public courts and streetball. Developed for real-world play rather than showroom display, its products combine robust construction, distinctive styling and a signature swish sound. The brand’s approach avoids conventional chain nets and hooks, emphasizing function, longevity and a recognizable playing experience.
Its system spans four dimensions: U-Play for game feel, U-Style for identity, U-Art for culture, and U-Case for presentation. Customers can configure colors, materials and technical components through an online customizer, creating court concepts for schools, clubs, municipalities, architecture projects, retail spaces and brands. URBN HOOP® also offers solutions for upgrading existing courts instead of replacing them entirely.
The company presents its products as suitable for ongoing outdoor use, with low-maintenance options for public spaces and robust equipment for schools, training and community projects. Its design and innovation have received international recognition, including awards from ISPO, Red Dot, iF, German Innovation Award, Core77, Designpreis Brandenburg and IDEA.
