About DuPage County
DuPage County is actively engaging its residents in the creation of a new strategic plan that will guide the County through 2029. The County Board, in collaboration with BerryDunn, a renowned government strategic planning consultant, is developing this blueprint for the next five years. As part of this process, the County has set up a website where residents can learn more about the strategic planning process and provide their input by completing a survey.
The aim is to ensure that the strategic plan reflects the priorities and vision of the community. The collected information will be used to establish a long-term vision, strategic priorities, goals, objectives, and performance metrics to define the direction of the County and measure progress. The website will remain open for a few months to allow for ongoing resident feedback.
The County plans to launch the new strategic plan in January 2024. By actively involving residents, DuPage County is committed to inclusivity and collaborative governance
