Durso Standpipes specializes in enhancing aquarium setups by providing innovative overflow solutions that operate silently. Founded by Richard Durso, the brand is dedicated to alleviating the common noise issues associated with traditional aquarium overflow systems. Their flagship product, the Durso Standpipe, drastically minimizes audible disturbances, transforming the water flow experience into a whisper-quiet operation devoid of splashing or gurgling sounds.

Customers can choose to purchase pre-made Durso Standpipes or opt for DIY kits with detailed instructions to create their own customized versions. The standpipes are not only effective in reducing noise but also serve functional roles, as they ensure that overflow chambers can act as refugiums and maintain their water levels even during power outages. With over 3,330 units shipped, Durso Standpipes have garnered positive feedback from a growing community of aquarium enthusiasts who appreciate both the functionality and the tranquility that these products provide. Whether you’re setting up a new aquarium or modifying an existing one, Durso Standpipes are the answer to a peaceful aquatic environment.
