Dusty Acres Ranch

Dusty Acres Ranch is a wildlife conservation-focused organization based in Oakhurst, Texas, in the Pineywoods region. The ranch was established on property purchased in 2019, where sandy loam soil inspired its name. Certified by the National Wildlife Federation as a Certified Wildlife Habitat, Dusty Acres Ranch works to support local wildlife and preserve natural spaces for future generations.

The ranch shares information about its wildlife management efforts, the plants and animals found on its land, and experiences gained while preparing and managing its Wildlife Management Plan. Its website features sections on wildlife, flora, tips and information, and hunting and fishing, helping visitors learn more about the region and conservation work. Dusty Acres Ranch also offers products, with profits used to develop educational materials and continue its wildlife management projects. Supporters can contribute through donations to help advance these goals. By combining habitat stewardship, education, and community support, the ranch aims to encourage greater understanding of and care for local wildlife and wilderness.
