The Dutch Art Institute, also known as DAI, is an itinerant program that fosters various practices at the intersection of art and theory. DAI offers a highly experimental and agile profile that goes beyond the boundaries of conventional art education. At the core of their program is the accredited MA curriculum DAI Art Praxis.

DAI is renowned for its inventive approach, generous semi-public program, and transformative curriculum. They collaborate with imaginative cultural collectives, organizations, practitioners, and researchers, pushing the boundaries of artistic and intellectual inquiry. DAI provides a unique learning environment through monthly conclaves called DAI weeks.

The program positions itself as left-leaning with a feminist, intersectional, anti-capitalist, and decolonial orientation.
