Dúzsi Tamás Borászat Szekszárd is a renowned family winery located in Szekszárd, Hungary. Established in 1994, our winery has won numerous awards for our exquisite rosé, red, and white wines. Our vineyards are spread across the neighboring village of Sióagárd, where the premium Lányvár vineyard is ideal for rosé production, and the renowned Görögszó vineyard in Szekszárd yields exceptional red wines.

The foundation of our estate is the 3.3-hectare Kékfrankos vineyard, acquired through the first compensation program. Our ancestors were dedicated farmers, and their land in Nagykozár became the local agricultural cooperative's headquarters. Today, we manage 40 hectares of vineyards and integrate an additional 20 hectares from our contracted and controlled partners.

At Dúzsi Tamás Borászat, we work with a variety of grape varieties and love experimenting with new blends. Our range includes Kékfrankos, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zweigelt, Ezerfürtű, Olaszrizling, Pinot Noir, Zenit, Blauburger, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Kadarka, Portugieser, Menoire, and Alibernet.

To ensure the gentle and swift processing of our grapes, we built a grape processing facility in Sióagárd-Lányvár in 2001. The facility consists of three traditional cellars that provide an excellent climate for aging barrel-aged red wines. We also have several excavated cellars in this wine village where we age our wines.

For wine enthusiasts visiting Szekszárd, our Probus cellar in Sióagárd offers a unique wine tasting experience, while our beautiful 150-year-old cellar on Kadarka Street in Szekszárd showcases our extensive wine collection and hosts professional wine tastings.

At Dúzsi Tamás Borászat, we take pride in our diverse range of wines. We produce a wide selection of rosé wines from various blue grape varieties, which have achieved significant success in prestigious international competitions. Our red wines are equally exceptional, combining local grape varieties like Kékfrankos and Kadarka with international varieties like Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir.

Görögszó, our Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon blend from 2009, received multiple accolades, including a gold medal and "Prix Special Hongrie" at the renowned Bordeaux International Wine Competition. In 2011, our Görögszó blend became the first Hungarian wine to win its category at the prestigious Vinalies Internationales in Paris, winning the top prize in the red wine category.

Dúzsi Tamás Borászat is not just a winery but a testament to our family's entrepreneurial spirit. From humble beginnings, we have built our business step by step, with each family member contributing to its success. Today, five family members actively work in the cellar, even our youngest son, Lőrinc, who often assists while studying at university. With seven children, we have expanded our estate, and the family legacy continues to thrive. Réka is an international trade specialist, while László operates a successful nationwide paint company.

Dúzsi Tamás, a trained winemaker and sports enthusiast, brings his dedication and passion to the family business. Alongside him is Dúzsi Tamás Dávid, an agricultural engineer and winemaker with international experience, dedicated to advancing our winery's progress.
