DVCapp is an independent service for people interested in Disney Vacation Club (DVC) resort stays and rentals. It helps users search combinations of rooms and dates to see which accommodations are available or unavailable, and tracks availability history to show how demand changes over time. Its Rare Finds pages highlight rooms and dates that had been unavailable for at least 90 days before an availability change was detected. Members can sign up for email and SMS alerts when availability changes for their preferred options, helping them spot potential reservation opportunities.

DVCapp also connects travelers with DVC owners who are willing to rent out vacation points. Renters can name their price, while owners can receive rental offers and choose when and to whom they rent unused points; DVCapp states that it charges no fees for these rentals. Additional resources include floor plans, room occupancy information, resort reviews, and customer testimonials. DVCapp notes that it is not affiliated with Disney and that availability information is not guaranteed to be accurate, although it aims to keep it up to date.
