Polisianka is a children’s volleyball club based in Zhytomyr, Ukraine, founded on 9 December 2011. Its mission is to promote and develop girls’ volleyball among young people in Zhytomyr and the surrounding region, introducing players to the sport from its fundamentals. The club welcomes girls aged 10–13, regardless of where they live, their citizenship or nationality. Enrolment requires a written application from a parent and a doctor’s note confirming the child can participate in sports.

Polisianka provides regular volleyball training on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15 to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:15 to 10:00 a.m. It also organizes and takes part in competitions, including Ukrainian tournaments and the Children’s League, giving young athletes opportunities to develop their skills and gain match experience. Club graduates have won Zhytomyr regional championships across several age groups. Its players also compete as part of regional teams, including Polissia-2. Through coaching, competition and team participation, Polisianka supports girls as they progress from beginner volleyball toward higher levels of play.
