DWOQ Group

DWOQ is a Swedish business group that develops and operates companies using its approach to “socially intensive” environments. Drawing on research and practical experience, the group applies its understanding of how people and organisations work together to identify opportunities and build services around customer needs. DWOQ grew from Storholmen Förvaltning, founded in 1993 to provide financial management for housing associations in Stockholm, and has since expanded into several fields.

Its businesses offer property management and maintenance, including financial and technical administration, operational management and board support. Fixit! provides property services, while Fixit! EL & VVS offers electrical and plumbing services through authorised businesses. The group also includes 647 Productions, which produces digital and moving-image media and marketing; XUQ Consulting, which advises organisations on DWOQ’s business-building methods; and Borätt forum, an independent information, advice and education platform for Swedish housing association boards. Through DWOQ Europe, established in Spain in 2019, the group also offers Fixit! and The Lux AW Club concepts. DWOQ combines business development with practical services across its portfolio.
