Dyrdilmyri

Dyrdilmyri is an Icelandic horse club based in North Zealand, Denmark, bringing together people who share a passion for Icelandic horses and riding. The club supports an active community through equestrian events, shared rides, courses and activities for junior riders. Its programme includes competitions, such as the annual Pinsestævnet, and the club has hosted the Sjællandsmesterskabet.

Riders can also take part in Drive-In competitions at Nørregård, where the club’s renovated oval track provides a venue for events. Dyrdilmyri organises group outings, including rides in local areas, and works to offer further activities and courses as they become available. The club also supports junior members who compete at Danish, Nordic or world championships, using municipal funding to provide grants.

Alongside its riding activities, Dyrdilmyri shares club news, event results, meeting minutes and annual accounts, and invites members to participate in its general meetings. With a long-standing presence among clubs affiliated with the Danish Icelandic Horse Association, Dyrdilmyri offers a welcoming setting for members to meet, ride and take part in Icelandic horse activities
