Dystopia Rising Live is a licensing company and live-action roleplaying network built around a post-apocalyptic survival-horror world. Set centuries after a fungal infection, undead outbreaks, and nuclear devastation transformed humanity and shattered civilization, its detailed setting follows communities rebuilding amid dangerous ruins. Survivors face threats from the undead, mutated beings, disease, scarcity, and one another, while forming new cultures, settlements, and alliances.

The organization provides licensed games with core rules, story resources, world lore, and other materials to support events and related endeavors across the United States. Players can find a local chapter, join its community, create characters, and take part in immersive events where their choices shape ongoing stories. Activities range from crafting and trading to combat, diplomacy, and community decision-making. The experience emphasizes collaborative storytelling, character development, and the consequences of survival under pressure. Dystopia Rising Live also offers game resources, books, quick-reference guides, information about membership, and details on locations and network events. Those interested in operating a licensed game can apply for licensing.
