Dystopia Rising Live

Dystopia Rising Live is a post-apocalyptic survival-horror live-action role-playing game set hundreds of years after disease, the undead, and nuclear destruction reshaped the world. Players create characters and take part in ongoing stories within settlements where communities struggle with scarcity, danger, politics, faith, and the consequences of their choices. The setting features mutated survivors, distinct Lineages and Strains, and an Infection that can make death an uncertain end. Alongside horror and combat, play includes crafting, trading, diplomacy, and the work of building relationships and community.

As the network’s licensing company, Dystopia Rising Live provides story resources and core rules for games, events, and related endeavors across the United States. Its website helps people find a local branch and connect with their community, while also offering information for prospective licensees. Players and organizers can explore game lore and rules, introductory guides to the genre, technology, and narratives, membership information, game locations, network records, and other resources.
