Users can create a personal Memoria page featuring biographical details, a life story, photographs, videos, condolences and, if desired, the location of the burial site. Page creators manage and update content through a customer account and can choose whether a page is publicly accessible or protected by a password.
The service connects online tributes with physical graves through individual QR codes. Visitors can scan a code with a smartphone or tablet to open the memorial page, share memories and use directions to the gravesite. QR codes may also be included in funeral notices and remembrance cards.
e-Memoria offers a free Memoria page and a Memoria Premium option with additional features, including a photo and video gallery, password protection, gravesite navigation and two stainless-steel QR-code plaques. The plaques can be attached to a headstone or displayed at the gravesite with a vase.
