The Environment and Food Foundation (E2F), established in 2017, is a pivotal organization dedicated to fostering environmental conservation and enhancing human wellbeing in Cameroon. Focused on sustainability, E2F works closely with indigenous and local communities, youth, and women to combat significant ecological threats facing marine, freshwater, and terrestrial ecosystems. Grounded in a commitment to empower communities, restore biodiversity, and mitigate pollution, E2F operates across three vital ecoregions: the South-West, Littoral, and South Regions of Cameroon.

E2F’s diverse projects include initiatives for plastic waste management, marine pollution prevention, mangrove restoration, and sustainable agriculture practices. Their educational campaigns raise awareness about ocean health, while community engagement drives practical solutions like tree planting and habitat restoration. Through various partnerships and volunteer opportunities, E2F invites individuals to join in their mission of preserving Africa’s natural heritage and ensuring a sustainable future for both the environment and local communities, thereby cultivating a harmonious coexistence between nature and society.
