The European Chamber of Commerce Thailand (EABC), EABC was formed in late 2011 by a consortium of European chamber of commerce in Thailand, and European business (MNCs and SMEs). Acting as a ‘EuroCham Thailand’, with 12 working groups covering many industries, EABC is the voice of European business in Thailand. It is funded by its own members and by revenue from events. EABC publishes the European Business Position Paper approximately every two years (most recent is the 2019/2020 paper, published late 2019). EABCs main mission is to advocate member interests, to support European business in Thailand and to promote Thailand as an attractive partner for trade and investment. Many of our members are long-standing investors in Thailand, with a strong commitment to the Thai economy. We are keen to continue working closely with your Ministry in support of policy priorities and potential areas for collaboration, including on investment attractiveness, enhancing competitiveness, reforms to support ease of doing business. EABC has an interest in a meaningful and mutually beneficial future EU-Thailand FTA. EABC contributes towards the improvement of Trade & Investment in Thailand and fostering business cooperation between Europe and Thailand.

About EABC -The European Chamber of Commerce Thailand
EABC, the European Association for Business and Commerce, is the unified voice of the European business community in Thailand. Established in 2011, EABC advocates for member interests, supports European business in Thailand, and promotes Thailand as an attractive partner for European foreign investment and trade. As the European chamber of commerce in Thailand, EABC represents all European Economic Area (EEA) states, including the UK.
EABC works closely with European businesses, the Royal Thai Government, EU institutions, Chambers of Commerce, and counterparts in Thailand, ASEAN, and Europe. The association annually issues a position paper with recommendations for the Thai government, based on input from the European business community in Thailand. EABC's key activities include policy and advocacy dialogues, building consensus, providing support on trade and investment, and organizing events that create opportunities for European businesses in Thailand.
