EACHRights, also known as the East African Centre for Human Rights, is a non-partisan organization dedicated to promoting and protecting human rights in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Established in 2010, EACHRights focuses on the Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights (ECOSOC Rights) of vulnerable and marginalized groups in the region. Using a Rights-Based Approach, EACHRights specializes in the areas of education, health, and child protection.

Their strategic approaches include research and monitoring, awareness creation and capacity building, policy reform and advocacy, and access to justice through public interest litigation and the Pro-Bono Lawyers Scheme. Children are the key beneficiaries of EACHRights' programs, and the organization is committed to protecting them from all forms of violations. EACHRights is an active member of the Kenya Children Agenda Forum, advocating for the inclusion of children's concerns in the Post-2015 Development Goals.

EACHRights has also spearheaded the formation of the Eastern Africa Child Rights Network (EACRN), a regional coalition of child rights organizations.
